Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Clinic Admin," or "Hospital Admin") and CareNexa Technologies ("CareNexa," "we," "us"). By registering for or using any CareNexa product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ClinicOS — Clinic management platform for outpatient practices. Includes patient management, appointments, prescriptions, billing and AI WhatsApp bot.

MediCore HIS — Full hospital information system with 28 modules including OPD, IPD, EMR, lab, pharmacy, billing, ABHA compliance and multi-branch support.

ClinicBot — Standalone AI WhatsApp booking bot for clinics using other software. Can integrate via API with existing systems.

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

CareNexa offers subscription plans billed monthly, quarterly or annually. A 14-day free trial is available for all plans. Payments are processed via Razorpay.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of a charge if the service has not been substantially used.

You agree to use CareNexa products only for lawful healthcare management purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023 and the Clinical Establishments Act.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer the platform, share credentials with unauthorised users, or attempt to access other organisations' data.

You are responsible for ensuring patient data entered into CareNexa products is accurate and that patients have provided appropriate consent for data processing. CareNexa acts as a data processor on your behalf. You, as the clinic or hospital, remain the data controller.

The CareNexa AI WhatsApp Bot (ClinicBot and the bot within ClinicOS) is designed to assist with appointment booking and general queries only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI bot interactions. CareNexa is not liable for any medical decisions made based on bot responses.

MediCore HIS provides ABDM M1-compliant ABHA integration. You are responsible for obtaining patient consent before linking ABHA records. All ABHA actions are audit-logged. Production ABHA linking requires valid NHA credentials.

All CareNexa software, design, trademarks and content are owned by CareNexa Technologies. Your clinic or hospital's data remains your property. We do not claim ownership over patient records or organisational data you upload.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Razorpay, WhatsApp, Google, Twilio) or factors outside our control.

CareNexa's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you have 90 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
